Good Morning,
I apologize for the rather short notice - but I wanted to let you know about
the Richmond Falcon Fledgewatch set for this Thursday June 16th.? We were
waiting to get confirmation back from the building mangers and I have been busy
with field work, sorry not to touch base sooner.
We will be operating much as in previous years - attaching the ice bottle
trigger to the cage 1st thing in the morning - and waiting for it to melt!?
With only one chick this year it won't be quite so hectic trying to keep track
- but we'll still have good coverage on the street.? If you (or any other RAS
members are interested in helping us track the bird please let me know.? If you
arrive by 9:30 am, you should be able to see the bird?fledge. I am best reached
by email or via cell phone at 757-409-2725. Snacks and water will be available.
