The May membership meeting includes our annual business meeting. We have two
items of business for the membership.
This first is an amendment to the bylaws regarding terms of offices for board
members and committee chairs. The amendment is as follows:
By majority vote of members at a duly called board meeting, in person or by
email proxy, the Board may establish an exception to the number of consecutive
terms that may be served by an individual as an officer or a Standing Committee
Chair, allowing a single additional two year term of service.
Provided that this amendment is approved, the Nominating Committee will submit
the following slate of new officers/committee chairs:
President: Lewis Barnett
First Vice-president: Eileen Geller
Treasurer: Pam Dummitt
Education Committee: Joyce Caldwell
Conservation Committee : Kathryn Rubis
Development: Jack Esworthy
