On my way into work this morning, a mockingbird was singing on a lamp post. In quick succession, he imitated an Eastern Phoebe, Great Crested Flycatcher, Carolina Wren, Killdeer, and Red-Headed Woodpecker. The woodpecker and flycatcher calls were almost identical to the real thing.
