The inaugural James River Sojourn will be held June 23 - 29, 2002, and the registration deadline is fast approaching. Now's the time to let us know if you will join us for one or more days of paddling down the historic James with other sojourners, enjoying wildlife, riverside meals, environmental stewardship programs, a festive buffet dinner at Tredegar Wed. night, Audubon society led bird watch, water quality and aquatic plant monitoring, live music, white water rafting, and much more. A van shuttle will run from 5:00 - 7:00 and as needed through the evening for participants to get back to their cars at the Henricus Historical Park.
