Hello Richmond area birders,
The City of Richmond is creating a master plan for the James River Park
System and has requested citizen feedback. There are meetings you can
attend and there is a short survey where you can make your voice heard. The
"soft" recreation enthusiasts (birders, hikers, nature geeks) don't always
do a good job of making themselves heard but this a great way to change
that.
