Around 2-3 today I saw the young hairier scramble a flock of red wing
blackbirds and then a flock of laughing gulls over the river at Dutch Gap.

I witnessed the same activity on the 17th The young harrier first pursued a
Mallard and then a Gadwall. I managed to get a few photos.
