Subject: Information on Black Vultures for Vote Thursday.

A bill taking protection away from the Black Vulture is before the House of
Delegates today.

Call you Delegate to support raptors.

Sightings of Black Vultures killing calls are uncommon.

They are generally scavengers. If they are feeding on a calf it may have died
for some other reason or been born stillborn. Black vultures may hasten the
death of an already doing calf as well. They take the path of least
resistance.
