A pleasant morning to hike at Bear Creek Lake SP in Cumberland County produced 
a singing LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH.  No other migrants of note.

On the way back, a male WILD TURKEY crossed Rte. 60 near the Powhatan WMA field 
office
