We've all probably read enough about dogs in parks the last few days; but
we need to remember that for older people, people with disabilities
related to walking and stability and small children unleashed dogs can be
frightening and dangerous. And dog poop can be a public health issue.
If you are concerned about this issue write you city counsel person, the
mayor, city manager and animal control. There's nothing like a squeaky
wheel.
