Today, Kathy Springston saw the Common Loon on Swan Lake. Kathy was about
to give up after 20 minutes, but the Loon surfaced and then submerged again
within a minute.
The Loon appears to circle the island in a counter clockwise fashion during
the morning. Best time to see the bird is early evening on the west side of
Swan Lake with the sun behind you. This is Day 21 if this is the same bird.
