Rostov's in Carytown sometimes carries shade-grown coffee, and would stock it all the time if there were more public demand for it. Call them and ask (ask for Tammy or Michael). They have organic coffee from Peru and Mexico at present, and some of it may also be shade-grown. You might also check with Ellwood Thompsons. They have a big line of organic coffees, and they would know if any of it is shade-grown. It's not fresh roasted like Rostov's, though.
