[va-richmond-general] Black-throated blue warbler

Yesterday morning I went to 42nd street to see if I could find the Baltimore
Oriole Lewis Barnett spotted. I did, right in the parking lot!
I walked down around the buttermilk trail a bit and saw a warbler that was very
dark on top, but had a very striking white patch on its wing. It was flitting
around the brush, so I didn't get a great look, but I can't find anything else
that fits that description.
I'm still learning and am very open to suggestions, if anyone has any. Thanks!
