We have been treated again this year to Rose-breasted Grosbeaks!!
Such lovelies feeding on the sunflower seeds.
Our first was 2-May - what John says it the expected day - and we still have
them at our feeder. Max numbers were 3 males and a female at the same time.
Am re-learning the song and always delight to the “sneaker on the gym floor”
sound!
We have had years with earlier sightings.
We have had years with NO sightings.
We are enjoying this spring.
