[va-richmond-general] Re: Binocular help

It might be because of the virus going around and clogging up servers - I
got it on my machine - please be careful and do NOT open mail marked "test,
"FRXG", and similar subjects - it has a new virus in it (luckily, I got
Norton antivirus working immediately and have the culprit in quarantine, but
now I have to figure out what to do from there.
