[va-richmond-general] A-T FLY: Yes

It was seen today by 5 of us at 3:30pm - just below the Flood Wall, on the 
railing, beneath the railing - very active - giving long and close views. As 
long as the weather holds, I don't think this bird is going anywhere.

Yesterday's caution still needs to be emphasized. The area is really 
deserted, and there was a homeless man standing in the Parking Lot who was 
there when 
we arrived and when we left. I wouldn't go there with less than 3 people.
