This Saturday, November 26 was a flock of 57 tundras and 2 mute swans
resting and preening in the cove off of the Dameron Marsh Natural Area (tip
of the Northern Neck). The swans were easily seen from the public viewing
platform. Also many scattered rafts of buffleheads, one Forster's tern, and
more yellow-rumped warblers in the wax-myrtle marsh than I could compute.
