More blue jay density, 5-6? 15 sq. miles. BUT! this morning in a "cold" wave
and after a tall moving ground fog, a screaming clotted flock of ??? 62 common
grackles,blue jays? at 1/2 mile came hustling down the "former" flyway parallel
to US 41 but near the railroad line from Tampa to Naples east of town over the
checkerboarded landscape. Fall is here and following a magnificent western gulf
wind that carried seperate tall columnar cumulus through the azure sky and
clean ocean air. Now, just where are all the raptors??Big rodent ,snake harvest
in Georgia?
