VA Birders,
I received a report of a possible Mottled Duck at Chincoteague from
yesterday. The bird was observed at approximately 3:20 PM in the first
segment of the Wildlife Loop to the left of the road on the flats with
1000+ shorebirds. That's all the details I have right now.
