Having to listen to my son recount his birdlist (trogons, caracara,
hummingbirds) from the GMU Ecology tour in Costa Rica last evening, I was
particularly thrilled to watch two yellow bullets go flying down the street
this morning.  Naaaah, I thought, I was just wishful thinking.

Just now, two goldfinches were enjoying the thistle seed at my feeder, and
two bluejays were having some spring frolics in the crape myrtle.  Yes!

Enjoy this day!
