[va-bird] chat fidelity, mourning warbler Wilna

The yellow-breasted chats that had been using a shrubby hill around the
Refuge office at Wilna have returned only to find that shrubby, early
successional habitat now gone (brushhogged for periodic maintenance of this
sere).  Rather than leave this area for more suitable patches elsewhere on
the Refuge, they are laying claim to shrubby edges along the field edge and
scattered yard shrubs. Just thought the fidelity factor was interesting.

Also, caught a glimpse of a mourning warbler foraging in the ash trees in
the yard, a bird rather hard to come by.
