The answers that some of you have given that two birds don't matter. Well
friends these are the attitudes that high school students and college
students are presenting in our classrooms today. Parents are treating
teachers like the cleaning maid, the president has said "we are going to
hold teachers accountable", but we teachers of Colleges and High Schools
don't hear " we are going to hold students accountable." Our whole society
is acting like some laws only apply to others. The adult behavior of this
"responsible citizen" on the island only shows what's going on, he had his
son in the car and he was showing this kid that he could do it too.
If we don't show principles and self- respect to our own kids who is going
to do it?
I applaud the judge and only regret the man was not given 30 days in jail,
