We have cicadas galore in West Springfield and are they ever noisy. So
far either my husband or I have seen Swainson's Thrush, Blue Jay, and
American Robin eating them (I'll have to double-check with him on that).
I also find many disembodied heads (usually with wings intact) strewn
about the yard, so it would seem that our birds prefer to munch on the
bodies.
