It is against the law to harm migratory birds. It is also past time that
each one of us who cares about nature do more to stop those who harm flora
and fauna (and give the rest of us a bad name). I suggest confiscating
photographic equipment, dunking the offender in the cold muddy water, and
banning him/her from returning to Huntley Meadows!
