I've received about 15 inputs so far on the Hawk Identification exercise.
However, I just made a change to the page. My son was looking at the pictures
and he noticed that there was a nice clear mark on one of the fence pickets so
we could measure that spot on the fence and get a good size estimate for the
bird. I've added that info to the page.
Those of you who have already posted your id choice might want to look at the
page and see if the size information affects your decision.

Please be sure to tell me what factors lead you to the identification
choice you make. I'd also like to know what resources you refer to if any.
After I've given people a reasonable time to participate, I'll post a
