Alex Minarik, Fred Blystone, and I had beautiful morning at Craney Island
near Portsmouth with three American Avocets and a Horned Lark being the
highlights. The American Avocets, in the southwest corner of the middle
impoundment, were close enough for great views with binocs and even a few
amateur digiscoping shots thanks to Fred's outstanding spotting scope.
