Groovy morning VAbirders,
The birds keep coming which means if I want to get anything done today, I
may have to resort to stuffing cotton in my ears so I can't hear them and
wearing a brown paper bag over my head so I can't see them. ;-)
After I posted yesterday's list several more birds came by to say hello
roundabout 1:30p.
We added:
Indigo Bunting - male, dropdead gorgeous!
Wood Thrush
Veery
Yellow-rumped warbler - a flock
AND so far this morning, we've got:
Common Yellowthroat
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Scarlet Tanager - 2 (1 each, male and female, looking mighty fine!)
And the House Wrens are chasing hot, heavy, and NOISY with a minimum of 3
out there, yikes!
Such wonderful birds already, woe is me, I wasn't born twins.
BTW, how sophisticated is cloning nowadays??? ;-)
Enjoy!
