I dropped by Sunrise Valley Park in Reston this afternoon from about 2pm
to 330pm.
Unfortunately, the Red-necked Grebe that has been hanging out there was
not to be found. I was hoping it would stay long enough to change plumage.
Instead, there were a couple female Hooded Mergansers. I took a few
