While I am definitely not opposed to hunting, it seems that one day a week is
not asking too much to be allowed to visit WMAs and the like. So much for those
blissful spring mornings out at the Thompson WMA (or hiking in the off
season)....

The VA House of Delegates voted this week to allow hunting on Sundays.
A committee in the Virginia Senate, which has voted to lift the ban in the
past, is set to take up the measure Thursday.
