For a few minutes today I walked around our ponds and found 1 Solitary
Sandpiper, as well as plenty of sparrows. They were more obvious than usual,
with several Towhee, 12 Chipping, 4 Field, 1 Savannah, 8 Song, and 5
White-throated Sparrows. Still no Indigo Buntings yet. There were also two more
Osprey fishing (not at the same time) and also a couple of Broad-wings passed
over.
