A Snowy Owl was present at Reagan National Airport today around noon. We
watched it
from the Gravelly Point parking lot for a bit before the heavy rains began
again. The owl
was on the rip-rap of the Potomac River shoreline to the left of and just
beyond the
shed-like structure with the orange and white checkerboard roof.
