On Thursday, March 9 from about 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., we observed the
Snowy Owl at Dulles. The owl was next to a yellow runway sign (Y-2) in the
grassy area between the runways directly behind FedEx. Best viewing was from
level 5, NW corner (5Q).
