Some 14 members of the NVBC enjoyed a warm sunny morning at Sky Meadows
predominantly walking the Bridal Path trials. Warbler species were quite good
for late September but sparrow species /numbers were disappointing ,perhaps
tonights cold front will move them in. Highlights were Black and White ,
Black-throated Blue , Nashville and Blackburnian Warblers , Blue-headed Vireo ,
Ruby
-crowned Kinglet , Red-headed Woodpeckers and an adult Bald Eagle.
