I had intended to post the male Rose-breasted Grosbeak at my feeder over the
weekend, but it was almost certainly the same (gorgeous) bird that visited
Barbara Chambers' feeders the same day -- our feeders (suburban Annandale,
Fairfax County) are only about 200 feet apart!
A few minutes ago, I had a female Pine Siskin at my niger feeder, along with
a group of American Goldfinches - the first Siskin I have had for untold
years. So, Barbara, keep your eyes on your feeders!
