I drove up from Fredericksburg this morning arriving at Occoquan NWQR about 830
and picked up the Sedge Wren at about 9:45. I was joined by Brian (I did not
get the last name), who took some photos. It was in the yusual area. I first
saw it as it flew from the north side of Bayview road into the reeds on the
corner. We had some nice views of the bird there for about 5 minutes and then
it flew back across the road from where it came. We could hear continue to hear
it near the road, but I did not see it again. Great little bird.
