I went outside to fill up bird feeders at 8 am today, Monday and found a
flock of 150 Robins busily stripping the last of the berries from our two
Foster Hollies as they flew back and forth from the oaks and maples in the
back yard. Even though I tried to find something other that a robin, I was
not successful.
I don't post often on our list serve, but read it daily. I enjoy knowing
what is being seen over the state in case I want to go "chase" something
unusual or am planning a trip to visit family or friends and want to know what
birds are being seen in that direction. I guess if I wanted chatty, etc, I
could just call a local friend to talk.
Blessings on your birding, Sandra Weigand
