Dear VA-Birders,
Nine excellent birders found 34 species at Riverbend Park (Fairfax County)
this morning on the Northern VA Bird Club walk. Very plesant weather but
some notable winter bird misses. Two BALD EAGLES were calling from the
upriver tip of Conn Island. LESSER SCAUP were found in the company of the
large raft of RING-NECKED DUCKS.
