[va-bird] Ring-necked Ducks at Kingstowne

There were about 45 RING-NECKED DUCKS (m&f, variety of plumage) on
Kingstowne Lake (intersection of S. Van Dorn St and Kingstowne Village
Parkway, Faifax County) around mid-day.
