VA Birders,
Just for the record, I had a Red-breasted Nuthatch in the pine tree in my
yard in Arlington Co. last Thursday. I was hoping it would stay, but alas,
it appears to have been a one-day-wonder. In any event, from other reports, it
looks like these birds are showing up in lots of places this year, so it's
worth watching for them, especially if you have pine trees around.
