I birded my backyard from about 3-4pm while on a conference call and had some
really good birds, including 2 new species for the house for the year. The list
is as follows...

American Robin
Blue Jay
American Crow
Common Grackle
House Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Eastern Towhee
Carolina Wren
Carolina Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
Northern Cardinal
American Redstart
Black and White Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
American Goldfinch
Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher
Gray Catbird
Northern Mockingbird
Northern Flicker
Red Bellied Woodpecker
Hairy Woodpecker
Downy Woodpecker
White Breasted Nuthatch
European Starling
(and I swear I missed a Vireo back there somewhere too)...but not a bad overall
hour in the midafternoon for suburban North Arlington.

Also, has anyone been to Remington lately? I have some free time on Sunday and
was trying to figure out what to do with it...suggestions are welcome:)
