[Va-bird] Potomac sightings

Took advantage of the mild weather and a day off and did a Northern
Virginia circuit, stopping at Huntley Meadows, Dyke Marsh, and Riverbend
Park. The ducks were a-plenty. Thought you all might want a glimpse of what
you too could find on a similar outing. (Btw, this was my first 60-species
day!)
