All,
I for one have had many problems posting to this listserv. I post to a few
around the country (my usual travel spots) and have never had a problem of any
kind with the others.
That said, to my knowledge all of these other listservs (MDOsprey, FL
Birdbrains, TEXBirds) are all sponsored by one organization or another, like
Univ of Florida, MOS, etc. A fairly significant annual fee is paid in these
cases.
If someone can arrange for funding for a new listserv, then please arrange it
if that is what everyone wants. Otherwise, we seem to be stuck with the free
Freelists, which is better than nothing.
As always, anyone can feel free to correct me if anything I have stated is
inaccurate.
