We've been seeing pheobes off and on all winter on various parts of the
Northern Neck considerably east of Fredericksburg. Now they're singing.

I've been watching with interest the reports on Phoebe sightings in NOVA.
South of Richmond we see them throughout the winter (my year sighting was
January 3); it would be interesting to see the progression up the 100 miles
or so in
between. In other words, where is the wintering cutoff? Fredericksburg?
Dale City?
