Responding to Sue Heath's post, which makes me sound like some sort of a
criminal, I don't remember seeing any signs saying the area in which I parked
was restricted in any way. If it was, I humbly apologize to anyone who would
be offended that I parked there. I would have to be accused of being one who
started some kind of a Frederick County debacle. Gee, I just parked my car,
walked up the garage, looked at the bird for perhaps 20 minutes, and left. I
don't think I even raised my voice.
