Paula, Bev, and all,
The Occoquan Bay NWR pamphlet (has an Eastern Meadowlark on the cover)
available at the contact station has a map of the refuge that includes road
names.
The Locust/Charlie/Bayview intersection can be reached from the parking lot
by heading north on the dirt road (Locust). Locust doglegs to the right,
continues up a hill, and then bears left, becoming Charlie Rd.; Bayview Rd.
(chained off to vehicular traffic) meets Locust and Charlie at the top of
the hill on the right.
Continuing down the dirt road takes you to the Taylor Point/Bravo
intersection; it's where the dirt road meets the paved road.
Hope this helps.
Best Wishes,
Dan Kluza
