I had a productive morning at Occoquan Bay NWR today---Highlights were :

Sharp shinned hawk,2- juv and adult
Cooper's hawk
Northern Harrier,2
Red shouldered hawk
Red tailed hawk
Bald eagle
KING RAIL, calling on Deephole PT Rd
Winter wren
GRAY CATBIRD-calling on Easy RD
BROWN THRASHER-eating berries on Easy RD
Hundreds of spaarows along Charlie RD, including swamp, field,savannah and
American tree sparrow
I had a total of 45 species for the walk.
