[va-bird] Occoquan Bay NWR - 11/19/06

I spent a relaxing several hours at OBNWR. Highlights were five raptor species, 
E. Meadowlark (3), Winter Wren, Orange-crowned Kinglets with crowns erect and 
backlit (looked like their heads were on fire); and a Common Yellowthroat (is 
this late). Complete list follows.
