Happy Monday morning, Birders..
Once again a box of baby Bluebirds were saved by my snake netting. We were
able to take the snake a couple of miles away and cut him out of the
netting, setting him free.
They are usually quite co-operative while we are cutting the netting off.

While we were checking the Osprey nest at the Va. Forestry center here in
New Kent, the Northern Parula was there again, attacking my car mirrors.
This time he hung on when we started to drive away. He is determined. Les
Brooks reports that the same bird tormented his mirrors as well. So if you
want to see a Parula up close and personal, just park there for about 2
minutes.
