[va-bird] Northern Neck blue-headed vireos, wood thrushes, RC & GC kinglets, and lone ruddy

To chime in with reports from Kiptopeke and Northern Va, a wave of these
four  woodland species passed through NoNeck this Sunday (Oct 23), sighted
on the Wright Tract of the Rappahannock NWR.  A lone female ruddy was on
Cat Point Creek on Friday, Oct 21.
