[va-bird] Northern Neck VSO Foray

Our VSO Breeding Bird Foray on the Northern Neck wrapped up last Sunday.
 Twenty-two participants identified 118 species (preliminary) from June
5 through 13. Roughly 230 person-hours were logged during the survey. 
Thanks to all who participated!...Sandy Spencer and I will be working on
a full report over the coming weeks.
