Yesterday's two White-faced Ibis were not present between noon and 2:00 p.m.
today, though about 11 Glossy Ibis were still at the field south of the
Chevron station at noon. Only about a fourth of the shorebirds from yesterday
were
hanging around, and the wet field has dried considerably in the past half-day.
Rain/hail is in the forecast for tomorrow afternoon/evening, so we may see a
return of the ibis then. I will post if so.
